Thank you for visiting the homepage of QuarterZip d.o.o. We are a small family company from Škofja Loka. We make and sell quarter zip pullovers. Not a full zip. The quarter zip is more practical for driving, for the warehouse, and for weekend.

Products

Fleece 280 g. Rib on cuff and hem. Zipper YKK or similar, depends what we have from the supplier in Kranj. Colours can be a little different from the photo because the camera is old.

Art. 101 Classic black 29,90 € Most sold. For work and free time. S–XXL in stock.

Art. 104 Sport orange 27,50 € Very visible. Some warehouses ask for this so the worker is seen. Also for hobby.

Art. 107 Office navy 32,00 € More serious colour. Zipper is metal look. Good if you visit a customer.

Art. 110 Winter cream 31,00 € Warm. On some pieces a small mark on the cuff from the box. We reduce 2 € if you mind.

Company embroidery from 12 pieces, 3,50 € / piece, one position. Logo please send as .cdr or just a good fax. We also did "AMERICA" text one time for a group in Koper, in 2008. Minimum was 10. Ask.

About the company

QuarterZip d.o.o. was registered in 1997. Before that Janez Hrovat worked three years in Villach, in a warehouse for work clothes. He came back to Škofja Loka because of the family and because the rent of the old mill room was possible.

First years we only sewed for two Austrian buyers. The name QuarterZip was chosen in 1999. It is English because the buyer in Villach said the German name was too long on the label. Slovenian people still say "pulover" and this is fine.

We are not a big factory. On a normal week we finish 80 to 140 pieces. In December it is more, because of gifts. Export is mostly Austria and a little Croatia. One pallet went to Germany in 2006 and they did not order again. Quality was ok, they said the delivery paper was wrong.

The homepage was made by Nejc in 2004 for school practice. He was going to put music (midi) but customers from the post office said it starts every time, so the music was removed in 2005. Reconstruction of the site was planned for 2009. It is still planned.

How to order

• E-mail the article number, size and quantity to info@quarterzip.si or janez@siol.net
• For Slovenia we send by Pošta Slovenije. Packet is 4,50 €. Over 60 € in Slovenia, packet is free.
• Pickup in Škofja Loka: Monday–Friday 7.00–15.00. Please call before, sometimes we are at the supplier.
• Payment: cash on pickup, or invoice 8 days for companies with a Slovenian tax number. PayPal we have but it takes time, please do not use for one piece.
• Sizes are European. If you are between two sizes take the bigger. XXL we have mostly in black.

Measured flat, then doubled. A little difference is normal. We do not take back a pullover if it was worn, only if the zipper is bad.
