How to order

Write to info@quarterzip.si or quarterzip@siol.net. SiOL is more sure, the other one sometimes goes to the spam of the cousin.

Please put in the mail:

• which fleece (code is on the product page)
• size
• your name and address, and country
• telephone, if the post needs it

We answer with the total and the bank account. We send the parcel when the money is on the account. This is normal for us. We do not have PayPal. Cousin said he will do it. He said this in 2016.

Delivery

Pošta Slovenije. In Slovenia usually 2 to 4 days after we send. EU is about one week. Outside EU we send if it is not complicated, postage we calculate in the answer mail. Tuesday is the day we go to the post. If Tuesday is a holiday, Wednesday.

Returning: 14 days, this is the rule. Fleece must be not washed and with the zip how we sent it. Write before you send it back.

Size

If you are between two sizes, take the bigger. Dinner is not getting smaller.
